Steve Smith Has the Quote of the Year

So, you all know how Steve Smith likes to talk trash. You also know that if you trash talk Steve Smith, he will crush you. And you also all probably know that Steve Smith p-wns DeAngelo Hall. Well, with the news that Hall could be headed out of the division and to the Oakland Raiders, one would think that Smith might be upset that he no longer gets to embarrass burn line up against Hall twice a year. But Smuff has already checked the sked, and via Hashmarks, submitted by Pat Yaskinskas, comes this ridiculously awesome quote, which might be the best thing that’s happened all off-season.

Smith was asked if he was sad to see Hall leave the NFC South. He quickly pointed out the Panthers and Raiders are scheduled to play this year. Then, Smith said he plans to have his children at that game.

“Poppa don’t lose no fights when the kids are around,” Smith said.

Simply stunning.
