Might Be Time to Get On Out of Spartanburg: Catfight Part II
By Brinson | August 12, 2008

Ninjaz, son. Ninjaz.
In super awesome news, the Panthers (via ITP) continue to be really happy with one another:
There was a minor fight between offensive tackle Rueben Riley and defensive tackle Nick Hayden in blocking drills. The shoving between the two was capped by Riley taking a boxing stance and popping a couple of left jabs at Hayden, and Hayden’s helmet coming off. The two were separated and no damage done.
I get that there are fights in training camp and on a football team all the time, but because Steve Smith cold-cocked Ken Lucas already, it seems like maybe keeping as nice a team attitude, at least in the public perception, would be a pretty good idea.
Or, alternately, don’t punch each other.
