    Thursday Injury Report

    By Brinson | November 15, 2007

DeShaun FosterThe good news? DeShaun Foster was back at practice today. The very, very, very bad news? Steve Smith wasn’t. Expect Smith to play but start to sweat it out if he doesn’t go tomorrow. Ken Lucas and Deke Cooper both returned to full practice this afternoon, which is huge news against a Packers team that should be chunking the ball down the field a lot on Sunday.

Speaking of said crew of cheeseheads from Wisky, they have an obscenely long injury report. Which is fairly annoying for us bloggers dedicating to getting you information you’re too lazy to get yourself chasing the truth. On the defensive end, CB Will Blackman and safety Nick Collins have already been declared iggity-out for Sunday, Charles Woodson has been limited both days, and CB Al Harris returned to full practice after being limited on Wednesday. Safety Aaron Krause appears to be back to full practice. As do defensive lineman Jason Hunter, Justin Harrell and Cullen Jenkins. And on the offensive end (everyone breathe), Koren Robinson (holler at your boy, K-Rob!) was back at full practice Thursday, Bubba Franks is out, tight end Donald Lee was downgraded to limited practice Thursday with “a rib”, tackles Chad Clifton (limited) and Tony Moll (full) were both at practice Thursday. Fullback Korey Hall appears ready to go.

Unfortunately, none of these injuries really amount to a whole lot of much. Favre, Jennings, Grant, Driver and…gasp!…Ruvell Martin are still a go, so we’re already fighting an uphill battle as it is.
